Terms and Conditions: Money-Back Guarantee
1. Scope and Application:
This Money-Back Guarantee (“Guarantee”) is offered by Lifestyle Trainer (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our”) to clients (hereinafter referred to as “you”) who purchase and engage with our personal training programmes via the website lifestyletrainer.co.uk.
2. Guarantee:
We stand behind the effectiveness of our training programmes. If you, as our client, do not achieve the results you were looking for after fully adhering to the chosen training programme, we commit to refunding the full amount paid for that programme.
3. Conditions for Validity: a. Logging Requirements:
To be eligible for this Guarantee, you must maintain a detailed log of all related activities through our Online PT APP. This includes: i. Training exercises, durations, and intensities. ii. Daily nutritional intake including meals, snacks, and beverages. iii. Daily sleeping habits, including duration and quality of sleep. iv. Body weight, which should be logged in the morning before breakfast. b.Photographic Evidence: Clients are required to submit progress photos to our Online PT APP on a monthly basis. These photos should include a front view, side view, and rear view of the body. c. Timeliness of Logging: Entries into the Online PT APP should be made promptly after the completion of each activity. There is a reasonable period of 2 hours after the activity’s completion (e.g., after training, after a meal, or after weighing in the morning) to log the details. d. Adherence: The Guarantee is only valid if you have followed the training programme as prescribed and have not deviated from the instructions and guidelines provided.e. Claim Period: Any claim under this Guarantee must be made within 14 days of completing the training programme.
4. Claim Procedure:
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this Guarantee, you must: a. Contact our customer service via [Customer Service Email/Contact Form]. b. Provide a copy of your detailed log as saved in the Online PT APP. c. Provide the monthly progress photos as described in Clause 3(b). d. Provide any other supporting evidence or information we may reasonably request to validate the claim.
5. Exclusions:
This Guarantee does not apply if: a. The training programme was not followed correctly. b. There is evidence of the log being manipulated or inaccurately maintained. c. Any external factors outside our control have affected your results.
6. Final Decision:
The final decision regarding the validity of a claim under this Guarantee rests solely with Lifestyle Trainer. We reserve the right to verify and investigate any claim before processing a refund.
7. Modifications:
Lifestyle Trainer reserves the right to modify or terminate this Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
8. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
